In the mist-shrouded realm of the Veiled Kingdom, where ancient magic and forgotten histories lie interwoven, a subtle disquiet begins to ripple through the land. Our story begins in Silverhaven, a city cloaked in an unnerving stillness, as Elara and Liam, two figures drawn together by a shared purpose, arrive at the ominous Archivist's Spire. Whispers of a disturbance in the delicate balance of the "veil" – a mysterious, fundamental force of their world – have reached them, compelling them to seek answers within the Spire's shadowed depths.
As they venture deeper into the Veiled Kingdom, guided by cryptic maps and haunted by fragmented legends of the past, Elara and Liam will uncover secrets far more profound and dangerous than they initially imagined. They will navigate treacherous political landscapes, confront shadowy forces guarding ancient truths, and forge alliances with enigmatic characters, all while grappling with their own inner demons and the growing threat to the kingdom they are sworn to protect.
"The Veiled Kingdom" unfolds across ten compelling arcs, each chapter adding a new layer to the intricate tapestry of its world, its characters, and its central mysteries. From the initial "Unveiling" of the kingdom's unsettling present to the ultimate "Reckoning and Renewal," the series will explore themes of destiny, truth, power, sacrifice, and the enduring strength of hope in the face of encroaching darkness. "To be continued" will mark the end of each chapter, inviting readers to journey further into this richly imagined world, until finally, "the end" will signify the culmination of their epic quest to unveil the true heart of the Veiled Kingdom.

it's just too simple.the character isn't consistent.there is no thrill.the writing is of an amateur who actually tried.i read till the guy reached floor 7 and then it got cringey, boring and predictable. The fight scenes aren't really fight scenes, it's just the mc doing things.0 0 Reply

It's literally THE most chinese nationalist book I've ever seen, like the book itself it good, but there's so much chinese nationalism it actually sickens me, if they got rid of it, it would prob be one of my favorites, but almost every chinese author forces their nationalism into it, ruining their ideas and book. I'm not saying other countries dont do it, but they're much more subtle. Like they're literally saying, THE CHINESE ARE THE BEST, DOWN WITH THE AMERICANS, the book is so hypocritical and like every country does the same thing as America but this book is putting it as only america do experiments. Good idea, but chinese nationality ruined the book. Happened to other god books too.0 0 Reply

Nice novel. with the same universe and the same earth with other novel, it make me curious how this will cross over with doomsday pillar. And i really hope, there will be flash back story about the genie, is it artifact from other outside earth (maybe nephilim), or something that made from magus academy, or etc. hahaha0 0 Reply

I have read 6 chapters. The story is developing well. Stability is good as already 17 chapters have been published. Character design is good. The characters, at the moment only 3 have been introduced. Pace is good. World background is the present time (before the Virus in Wuhan).Writing quality is good. I did notice a few grammatical mistakes, but these did not interfere with the reading of the story. There is an issue with tenses. Mistakes do happen and the writer may not be able to see them. I have started to run the draft through a grammar checker before posting it.The story seems to be a gaming story with all those figures appearing. It is different. All the best.0 0 Reply
