(Era + Military Marriage + Rough Man + Doting Wife) Once he traveled through time, he became a cannon fodder in the book, a tragic character who gave experience packs to the heroine and died miserably in a small shabby house at the entrance of the village. The heroine relied on her to gain a good reputation in the village and snatched her fiancé away. She also relied on the reputation of being her good friend in Kyoto to have the support of a big boss and live a prosperous life. Zhao Nianhui, who traveled through time, was somewhat dissatisfied. Why should the heroine’s good life be built on the suffering of the original owner? She decided to fight with her bestie, slap the scumbag in the face, and tear apart her worst parents. He turned around to take the college entrance examination, started a company, became a boss, and moved step by step towards a life that was just out of their reach. However, a rough man who dotes on his wife behind the scenes was a little unhappy. “Wife, I heard that behind every successful woman, there is a good man!”

Is there any difference from The most generous master after chapters 350 - 400? Or it's still a direct copy?0 0 Reply

It's a bit stale for a story tbh, and the content itself is quite monotonous. If you've got nothing better to read for trial and want points, I recommend this then cause you can shut your brain off0 0 Reply

Best xianxia in my opinion. I've read the MTL version of this novel till latest chapter and ~250c on Liberspark. Some nitpicking in the translation aside, this novel really is a breath of fresh air when you have crapton of similar things spread over most CNs.The world building is extremely good, great foreshadowing throughout the novel and most importantly, it involves comprehension based improvement, not just some legendary liquid coming from some ancient godmother which boosts you like hell sort of thing. Last of all(abstaining myself to keep the review short), the story-line is lovely as things progress.. one may even get emotional, not just by the main story-line but even from side characters' story. Very logical, worth spending time on, and is always great to discuss about.0 0 Reply

Enjoying the story so far.The book contains strong resemblance to other VRMMO novels, that's to be expected. The author even mentioned that it was inspired by the likes. Just thought to mention that first and foremost. What separates this from other novels of this genre is the MC, who is a returner from a Isekai world. I like his thought process. He thinks through things and knows what he's doing. His expierence in the Isekai world heightened his senses, and while you might say that makes him OP, and the story boring, the author depicts it as a liability. I want to see him overcome that.As mentioned before, the story is very much inspired by other novels of the genre. Thus, the world-building inside is very similar/the same to those of other stories. As a avid Eastern fantasy/lit rpg reader, I would've like to see some differences. Finally, I want to conclude this review with words about the writing. Info dumps are relatively low, and grammar is above average. I notice though the structure and fluidity between paragraphs can be improved on. There can be some rewording and better word choices to make the writing sound not so bland and flat. All in all, this is a great read for fans of LitRPG and VRMMO. Characters are great and story develops very well. I hope author keeps up the good work.Happy reading!0 0 Reply

I dropped this after 320 chapters. The story is interesting, the lore is attractive and with a slow space and a part of the time you don't have enough information and the MC. My biggest problem is that this story has disorganized chapters out of place. These are the memoirs of the MC or something similar to it, each volumen represents some part of the story of the MC. But they are not necessarily in chronological order. That's all nice and all, but when you get to a pick in the story and suddenly start a new volumen and is of another point of the life the MC is sharing, the worst part is that there is not even a little bit of preambule to this change, the new volume starts with a character you don't know or care taking half a chapter. There are chapters of other volumes in between. You end up unblocking a chapter to find it was from the previous volume. And this last thing is really problematic, as the authordoesn't seem to care or try to correct this mistake.0 0 Reply
