I just got to chapter 768 so I'm writing a second review.This novel is a solid 3, it's an interesting read but it's a slightly bad novel along that fine line where it's bad, but not bad enough for you to drop the novel if you like the concept.The biggest problem with this novel does not follow the classic showing instead of telling, this novel in fact tells as much as it shows and much of the story, even deep and emotional moments are told with summaries instead of actually written and described.A precise example is "Alex spoke for 15 minutes at the grave" when he was visiting a loved one's grave or "Alex explained about the pill

Reading status: 115 rawsIt was a decent novel, then nationalism infected it like a plague.Huaxia is the strongest. Huaxia cares for human lives unlike the baddy nation Indo-Union (Did they forget the early chaps where MC was used as a bait by the govt??).My guess is that the novel was written during China-India border conflict. Because in this novel, Indo-Union (Union of South asian and middle east nations) are portrayed as evil and shameless. Chapters after chapters have sentences that say how Huaxia ancestors suppressed indo-union, they describe indo-union as morally reprehensible and weak compared to Huaxia.Based on how we hear about other federations such as euro-union, my guess is that their turn is coming as well.This could be awe-inspiring for Chinese, but for international community, it is simply filled with racism and shit. A solution could be to change the name of nations in translations. Well, if it gets picked that is.

Okay, so kinda a weird story.1. Writing style is weird, but unique. Only downfall to it is that there are so much POV changes that you sometimes forget who is talking as the author introduces a lot of characters, but we don't have time to figure out who is who yet.2. Can't really rate this as it is a new novel.3. Story development seems really forced, and the Asomethingsomething for some reason explained everything to the MC instead of just forcing him to become a hitman which just felt really forced and not real.4. Character design is okay, there hasn't been anything unique yet, so a solid 4.5. World background is the best part, as the power system is something I've never seen before. Really awesome.Overall, a good novel.

One of the best novels here for me, frankly the story is very interesting, I even find that it is a university level course on the functioning of a universe, with little religion in some chapters but much more interesting it completely changed my way of thinking plus with very good publishing speed and a unique power system. You have my full support to continue this masterpiece
