WSA 2025 entry

A man awakens in an unforgiving yet beautiful world.
He will face great challenges as he journeys far and wide in search of an answer to his lost memories and the nature of the new world he inhabits.

It is a land of great and terrible wonders, yet as grandiose as it seems, it is also a shadow of its former past, filled with ruins of what were once thriving kingdoms.

Expect a lonely journey.

Will he recover his past? Will he be able to return home? Who knows...

*Author here. This is my first novel, hope you enjoy it.
Updates for the meantime will be two chapter dumps (5) a week (I know, it's not much, but I like taking my time and providing original, quality content) unless it gets popular, in which case I may increase the scale of the novel, since it's going to be a short read for the meantime.

I think you'll like this if you also like Souls games, The Lovecraft Mythos or Made in abyss (In my biased opinion as the author of course)
Also, criticism is welcome, I'll make sure to read comments and have them in mind. I think the story will be interesting, but I may lack a bit in grammar since it's my first time writing and its not my native language.

Don't bother reading this, it's the same cultivation novels template with boring cultivation system and world building, the main character is just plain stupid, the grammar is so bad that you lose brain cells every paragraph, the system is just terrible and annoying, what a great idea to make the one thing that will appear in almost every chapter extremely annoying, and why does it punish the main character every time he swears? Did the author really think that's interesting?I can go on and on just read at your own risk of losing brain cells.

I really love this novel! It is quite fast paced -which i like-, the translator rarely misses an update, while the quality is really good and has shown improvement steadily. As for the novel itself, there is not much of a character development going on. For the MC yes but not for anyone else. So many characters are left behind. They may apear radomly as well so we get a sneak pick on what they have been up to, but the (chapter) gaps get bigger as the story develops. The same goes for world building. Not many details -which i ironically like- just enough to get you excited but by the time the MC moves on you still haven't discovered even a small part of a place. That can be the result of the fast pace the author is writing to get the interest going.I am quite concerned on how it is going to end. It reminds me of another novel development-wise and a second one world-building wise. We will see! All in all, it is a great pick if you like fast paced plots, a quite powerful MC and do not mind the world and character development. Oh, i have read up until 648 if anyone wonders. Please be patient when you start reading it- 100ish chapters at least if i remember correctly-. It gets better!

This is probably the best novel released this time, man the character growth is awsome and quick, so its not off putting. The MC is also smart. This novel reminds me of castle of black iron and how zhang tie was a pure badass at the start of the novel. Simply its a really good novel so please vote so we can read more.

The novel gets a Really good, but I am only giving it one star because it feels that they are making the chapters A LOT SHORTER, just to gain more stones. I  am not enjoying the novel so much anymore, and if this keeps up, you will lose readers.
