can't get enough of this even with the Privilege chapters. it's become my nightly read before bed and i fond myself looking forward to our every day.

best story 10/10  just needs some dialogue fixing and spelling mistakesalso monologues are too big and author gets distracted on each monologues but it gets better

I really tried to give this series a chance, but it is just too painful to read. As soon as the MC gains the system, he pays for it with all his IQ and humility. From that chapter on, all we get is an arrogant POS dumber than a goldfish. Translation is OK, but this novel isn't even worthy of MTL.

Great novel, highly recommended. Interesting cultivation system based literally around the heart. Even alchemy is done in the heart. MC is a world class cardiologist who transfers worlds, great in that he doesn't instantly lose his modern world sensibilities and at least in the first 60 chapters tries to stick to them and his oaths as a doctor. Really interesting.

Over all absolutely loved the book. If you enjoy culitvation novels this one is a great one to get immersed in. Other than minor translation issues I personally think the ending felt rushed, but thats pretty common in these books. Now I just wish there was more.
