In a world constantly threatened by monsters and catastrophes, Kazuto was just an ordinary man living a dull, uninspired life—until he got fired from his job and lost all sense of purpose. Empty and unmotivated, his fate changed the day he crossed paths with Riku, a 15-year-old boy carrying a letter of utmost importance for his father.
As they chatted, a grotesque monster attacked, enraged over a hilariously petty grievance: someone had scribbled insults on its back during its transformation. Determined to protect Riku, Kazuto confronted the monster, rediscovering a spark of heroism he'd long forgotten since childhood. Against all odds, he defeated the monster using sheer wit, saving Riku, who thanked him before continuing his journey.
Inspired by the encounter, Kazuto made a life-altering decision: to train beyond human limits and become the strongest man alive. After three years of grueling, almost absurd training, Kazuto’s strength reached unimaginable levels. Now, he can obliterate any threat with a single punch, but his overwhelming power has left him trapped in a life of boredom. With no challenges, no glory, and no recognition, Kazuto finds himself facing a new kind of enemy: monotony.
Everything changes when Tatsuya, a young and stoic cyborg, clashes with a monstrous insect in a fierce battle. Despite his incredible power, Tatsuya is on the brink of defeat. At the last moment, Kazuto steps in and annihilates the monster with a single blow. Awestruck by Kazuto's overwhelming strength, Tatsuya pleads to become his disciple, convinced that this man holds the key to reaching perfection in his own quest for power.
As Kazuto navigates his apathetic routine, Tatsuya's fiery determination to grow stronger and their constant encounters with absurdly powerful monsters begin to inject a new sense of purpose into his life.

Read this story on wattpad and I liked it. Although it had a different title there, still a good story. A slow but interesting start and could build to something great.0 0 Reply

Poorly executed plot. Translator leaves much of the chinese language as is without providing explanations to the inside jokes or references that the author makes. This is nothing shot of pure laziness. There's a few specific chapters that involve a cell phone and some texting app, the only problem is that as the reader we have absolutely no clue what's going on. No translator notes, no editor notes, nothing. 5 Chapters of the 34 that I read are completely incomprehensible in relation to the plot because this translator is lazy.Besides that, I did mention that the plot was poorly executed. What I mean by that is that there's little to no segway into the actions the main character makes. Often times the author skips over explanations of situations or such explanations aren't translated well enough for the reader to understand what's happening. This ties into the translator being lazy.Concept wise, it's very interesting. I've read about similar concepts in other novels, but it's original enough to still feel fresh considering the overall bland nature of this genre. This is of course hampered by the lack of explanations from the author or the poorly translated explanations from the lazy translator.Much of the novel is lost in translation. Much of the novel is marketed towards people in China/Korea, it's not really meant for English audiences, I wouldn't be surprised if such people would have difficulty in relating to situations described in the novel. The author is very bad at writing fighting scenes. A lot of the background in such scenes is bland and lackluster with lack of detail. The combat is also poorly described.Overall, a lot is lacking with this novel.0 0 Reply

Dont waste your time. Only the first 50 chapters are interesting and nice character development between mc and heroin until an annoying girl gets introduced and unnecessary comedy starts where mc also makes unreasonable things like helping the girl when she constantly only made his life harder. The story literally has filler this early in the story with annoying comedy.0 0 Reply

Definitivamente le falta mas sensualidad a la historia y al desarrollo de personajes, pero la novela en general es buena, te hace abrir un poco tu imaginación, me hubiera gustado mas capitulos.0 0 Reply
