The eruption of a volcano took Kael, an archaeologist, in an instant. Awakening in Aetherion, where magic is real and every being is endowed with powers through a mysterious system, Kael sets out to comprehend reality. With a user guide to a strange system interface and blurred flashbacks, he reluctantly starts flipping around his mind, attempting to assemble all the information needed.
Rhea, a fierce warrior from the Fire Continent, soon appears before him; she reluctantly agrees to help him get through Aetherion. As they journey onward, Kael is unlocking ancient powers, and his memories begin to intermingle with the ancient history of the world. Some time afterward, he meets a wise mage, Eldric, who tells him that Aetherion was once whole, a great catastrophe shattered it, and Kael's arrival is no mere chance; he might be the key to restoring balance.
With renewed determination, Kael, alongside Rhea and Eldric, seeks the lost shards of Aetherion's power. Meanwhile, dark forces move in the shadows claiming the shards for their sinister purposes. As Kael learns more about his role, he will be forced to make a great decision-embrace his destiny and heal a dangerously fractured world or risk being consumed by the very power he now wields.
The path ahead is filled with danger, but one thing is certain: Kael's adventure has begun.

The issue with names here... Is that qidian's translator didn't go through any of the previous chapters. None. Which means the only ones to read prior to this, are fan translations that have always been consistent. This is not consistent. By changing the names you are leaving every reader to guess and piece together which names got changed to what, why certain names got changed in the way they did (ah qi to seven. You left out half the name. But Su Clan's seven every single instance instead is so much better, right?) and the fact that you also changed the names of all the stages of cultivation.Essentially, I can't help but feel the people who made these decisions only did it to 'individualize' this trans from fan ones. That is pathetic reason that only serves to confuse readers. Not a single damn was given about continuity, ease of transition for readers since qidian's full time translators will outpace fan ones that are doing it running only on generous donations AND Qidian did not bother translating any of the previous chapters so new readers could go and start from scratch to actually not be forced to google unofficial translations threatened with legal action. Hm. So... What I'm getting from this is Qidian WANTS us to read unofficial translations instead of their own more contrived, and due to internal company political issues, lesser quality translations.Either go back and have a separate, smaller team make up the gap between chapter 1 and 138, or change your terminology to be more familiar to the reader while there are still less than 50 chapters to edit. That would be the proper way to do this, and despite all past actions I have hope for a good solution that I contributed to or a better one I didn't think of.0 0 Reply

Shameless 5 stars from myself. As I am a new writer there are surely some or maybe a lot of mistakes. and I tried to maintain my word ratio with every single chapter around 1200 words. But during 20 or so chapters you will find some of my chapters having 1000 words and other having nearly 2000 words however after that you won't find inconsistency anymore... Maybe in some chapters okay.So please support this book and pray so I can officialize my book.Thank you.0 0 Reply

All of these chapters and weird things.....where to start? What is this?!This story was written as an entry for the 'Unassuming Protagonist' WPC contest, and I wanted to capture the raw energy and fun that the traditional shonen battle anime and manga gives me in webnovel form.I am always improving, and I hope it can be reflected in the story too. There is heavy anime and manga inspirations, but no copying or plagirism as I wanted each story arc to tell a slightly different story in this world. The power sets are defined ambiguously, like how it's usually done in anime. This CONTRASTS the traditional system novels, and I personally have preferred the ambiguity, leaving things up in the air for discussions and power scaling later on.Seasons?! And Volumes?!Think of reading this story like watching an anime or reading a manga, and each of the major story arcs are organized into various seasons. Each of the season tells a complete story, while leaving room for more to happen. So many Auxiliary Chapters! They are like the little scribble or author's note/thoughts, kinda like bonus chapters which gives supplementary information for the story.Does everybody read minds, or can I not use grammarly?!'Some say that the Brit speaks the true English, the language of the majesty herself.' "Aight if you wanna be wrong, and not be free, then so be it!"It really is a matter of differing conventions between the British English and American English. I was educated in the UK in the past six years, and this is what I am used to doing frankly. I hope this won't detract away from the reading experience itself though.0 0 Reply

Amazing world background and plot, the storyline was just so intriguing, it had me at the edge of my seat. The descriptions are so clear and the main character Qin has a lot of improvement. which leaves me excited😍😍😍. The use of the demonic concept is employed pretty nicely. Good work Author-Kun.0 0 Reply

This guy is an idiot, everything about him is annoying, there are few MC's that are as stupid as this guy. The novel is okay however if you don't like frustrating MC's this guy is #1 on the list to avoid. I checked many of the reviews and even skimmed ahead to see if his character improves at any point in the story, even went on to the computer translated versions to see if he acts any more intelligent but no, he's just an idiot. I've never felt so strongly that an MC should just not exist in the novel, this guy is special. I've seen people complain about mc's such as Qin Lie in Spirit Realm but at least that guy is not so brain dead.0 0 Reply

3 Words: Interesting, Exciting, DrivenThis is on of these books with a lot of cliches where you can only give praise to the author because he does them so well with his own little twists, that you are actually excited about them.Example: There is a discarded son from a powerful family, but it the MCs father and he actually learns to compromise and give up his pride. This leads to a family reunion and a close relationship between family members. What I like most about this book is that the MC grows with his experiences and failures. And yes they are actual failures with near disastrous endings.Additionally the motives behind why the clan allows **** to happen are actually explained in the book.READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOPE IT GETS PICKED UP SOON0 0 Reply
