To be honest you may feel like this is me being a bad person and just randomly rating, but this novel is really not that goodIts very generic and as general as it could be. if you have read Tales of demons and gods, sovereign of the three realms, dragon-war emperor, (that novel with xiao yun guy and his heavenly fire)or any cultivation novel than dont even bother reading it coz the only difference in this would be,1. That mc has skillz from prevoius life. 2. Mc can beat opponents above his cultivation stagethere is atlesst one page of other people's opinion in a chapter3. the only good thing is unlike other novels that havent yet been picked, this novel has only 2 locked chapters. that's the only good thing as of now.The story line is kind of in sync with many other novels already present. MC gets a system that no one has, he becomes strong, meets some chicks, a few protagonists, makes friends with big people. all fine.however, the MC is the weakest doormat out there. everyone just walks all over him. he is the most pacifist MC ever and it literally makes you grind your teeth.

I really enjoyed this novel out of all of her works. It a cool twist on fantasy hero summoning stories. A must read. This story follows a girl who retuned after killing the demon king alone because she pissed off the goddess that did the hero summoning. She returns to her wold, but there is a slight difference. This world is a modern magic world.
Title of the book can be misleading.MC isnt building an Empire, he is barely building a city.The city is being build in the background without us knowing which I find terrible.Where the city building chapters or empire building??? Why the hell would he chill in other cities except the one hes building.It had a great start but everything went downhill when you stop focusing on character development and empire building development.I think the title is clickbait and false.Get back to empire/city building and focusing on leveing his city to see his GF from the start again
