The black Tyrannosaur slammed into Kitty and its jaws connected with her side. I slid backwards and slammed against the head of the tyrannosaurus as it was trying to tear a chunk out of Kitty. Kitty let out a roar or pain and panic gripped my heart. I whirled around and was intimately close to the agressing Rex's face my nose almost touching its. My body froze and the Rex opened its Jaw slightly trying to get a better grip on Kitty.
"I almost forgot to ask, but that extremely small symbol on your left shoulder blade, do you know what that is?" King asked with a rather intriguing expression. "It means you unlocked a light point, but I've never seen a symbol like that before."
I ran up the steps and into the house. Aunt Alexandra had gone to bed, and Atticus'sroom was dark. I would see if Jem might be reviving. Atticus was in Jem's room, sittingby his bed. He was reading a book.
The novel is really great, the mc is very overpowered which I like very much. But the problem is that the mc drags things out for too long sometimes for no reason and sometimes makes excuses that he just wants to stay clean. Overall the novel is really good if you don't mind some minor stupidness.
