Trapped in contract love and misunderstandings, Alexis's life spirals out of control. Homeless after her uncle seizes her house and burdened by her father’s illness, her despair deepens when she discovers she’s pregnant with Greyson Whitmore's baby, the billionaire who is already married to the powerful billionaire Clara Everett.
Desperate and confused, Alexis decides to tell Greyson about her pregnancy, and her world shifts. Greyson offers her promises of responsibility, care, and even a serious relationship, giving her a glimmer of hope. But the relief is short-lived when she learns Clara is also pregnant—and Greyson is tied to a secret that could destroy everything. The child Clara carries isn’t his, but to protect his family’s reputation, he’s bound by a promise to maintain the lie.
Shattered, Alexis runs away, directionless and broken, only to face a greater danger. Clara, determined to protect her own secrets, has a evil plan that could ruin Alexis’s life.

CRITICAL REVIEWI'm critical, but I'm lenient enough to give 5s if it is entertaining or written well. You deserve it! Although its going to be a 4.8!Read 113 chaps (which is basically current as of this review). To be honest, I don't reach much anti-hero stories of ruthless MCs on the level of like revered insanity so it was a refreshing read. Well actually this story is as the title says "Life of a Villain". For this MC, he's definitely a villian than a anti-hero. Writing quality - pretty much almost no errors really. If there's a unneeded complaint that would be for it have more descriptive in writing. It's already done enough to convey its point and most importantly its a web novel. This ain't no published book you find from a bookstore.Story development- Good pacing but a little on the slow side. The later the chapters, the faster it goes. It has clichés' sure, but its definitely an above average cultivation novel. I would definitely recommend it.Its interesting to see an the MC ruthlessly cut all paths and makes sure that his enemy, the novel's protagonist, absolutely can't ever stand against him. Character wise, the story does only try to flesh out the real major characters. Key word is try. On the other hand, because of the pacing and chaos, it does feel that side characters are left out. I don't think that's a bad thing. For this author's story this is sufficient and particularly due to one major circumstance: the MC has his cheat, but also has many resources from the getgo which other cultivation stories force the MC to slowly get.As for my favourite character, probably only the Sect Master of Eternal Palace. Much like other characters in his position, we only really see events that force him to come for plot convenience. However, its refreshing and somewhat unique seeing a smart sect master making the wise choice to side with the mc. Even though he doesn't have much feelings for him and is basically forced to.The dynamic of the MC and the protagonist is something that I will continue to enjoy in the series. As for other characters, surprisingly meh. I will reiterate: most of the characters in the novel only feel that they are there to serve their purpose. I won't deny the story plot is interesting, and they fulfil their role well, but as a consequence that's what they end up feeling like and its been 100 chaps. It might be an inevitable consequence, World Background. It's a huge world. Lots of connections between places influencing the three realms already in 100 chaps. Downside? Due to the story's nature, the actual individual places and stuff in the world is not fleshed out. I still will give it a 5 tho after all, it's good enough for what this story is trying to tell.Love the story though! And will continue to read it~~Hoping to find a heroine to ship as I usually do in harem stories.0 0 Reply

Amazing first 19 Chapters. We have growing world tension and world building (the mystery surrounding the changes in the past millenia is rife with conspiracy). Although our MC is Chinese he immediately dons his character’s name…major plus for acclimating to his ”new” environment. Translation quality is also superb.Hmm…No annoying characters (yet), a compelling overarching mystery driving the plot forward, and a decent MC (hopefully he gets more development when he interacts with his old companions)…5 Stars. 😍0 0 Reply

"This novel gives a world-building feeling and war. Yes, war feeling. When you listen to war music or final boss music this can be pretty badass.-Did anyone hear of Sparta? The beginning can be pretty confusing as the first 2 chapters are slight info dumps, but still pretty important to know.-Basically MC's start a newbie village with SPARTA! and greek infantry, basically he probably can gain any ancient troops.-World: Typical fantasy trope, trolls, gnomes, high elves and (huge pteros, sort of winged dinosaur) - mc's background is basically the lord of his own territory that suddenly popped up in the new world, he gains population by accepting refugees who are spartans, greeks, etc.-MC's intelligence is above average, at least knows how to make a good kingdom (town for now)-Translation: Good"0 0 Reply

i guess ill review this, however take this review with a grain of salt since we are only barely getting started with the actual game. the first 40 chapters are purely prelude to what is actually going to happenbut this is my opinion of things so far.writing quality is pretty solid. simple easy to read writing, i dont find myself doing double takes on strange wording or similar things. overall good.updates. if the author can keep up his 2 chapters every other day ill be impressed. he has also done the smart thing and mass released the first many chapters in a short time frame to draw attention, now he just need the golden stars from the review to really draw attention in this oversaturated genre.the story is a bit hit or miss, its not very unique, but it is tried and tested, so you kind of know what to expect. i suppose its mostly personal preference, but i kind of look on in contempt the way he handle slaves mostly because i think im allergic to these neutral good types. and i think its hilariously hypocritical to have such strong stance on slavery while binding the adventure guild woman to eternal master-slave relationship.whatever. onto the next point.characters are ok. the mc and the wolf girl i quite like and their relationship makes sense. i like his friend and his wife. however the relationship with the mermaid woman and the adventure guild woman, kinda rub me the wrong way.mermaid does a 180 far too quickly and she feels forced into the story a bit too quickly because he needed the secretary type, the same goes for adventure guild woman, i know he needed someone versed in the world, but i just really dont like her...? oh yeah the r18 scenes are pretty cute. even if you arent really much into r18 content, its really short and sweet and generally dont take up much of the content. anyway enough ranting.the world is probably the most compelling, i find the monolith group story really good, and it makes alot more sense than the usual "black technology" or something similar explanation. so good job here author. we also have a pretty decent chunk of knowledge on the world, and i find the native faction and inhabitants act. fairly natural. the world is easily the most compelling about this story so far. so good job here. some compare it a bit to the novel "guild wars0 0 Reply

Our MC transmigrated and becomes a toy maker/tv show producer. As usual our Mc has knowledge that the world doesn't have, but works hard to do so. The plot is decent paced, and is realistic. If you want fast developed pacing this is not it, but if you want world building than this is for you.0 0 Reply
