Hm, although it is wish fulfillment which has been quite saturated across the board recently. The saturation is 99% terrible novels, either by plot or writing quality. Although, this follows a fairly cliche idea the writing is generally pretty good. For that reason I give it a good review, also there is a lack of modern setting wish fulfillment novels, particularly well written one, based on simple grammar alone. So Good job author.
i think i never read such a trashy novel before. it's like whole plot is around how stupid everyone is, including mc. spending 2 chapters on saying mc is trash, then over more missing what brilliant thing mc does with everyone saying he's trash, the realising he did something brilliant but saying he's trash.
It's really sad that all but the first dozen or so chapters are hidden behind a paywall. This series really is a hidden gem. I've read all the current chapters and can't get enough.The story is very slow but well-written, with lots of lore, world-building, and character development. I really like Wu Meiying right now. She's my favorite. She's so kind but also devious and seems to be much more than she appears. I have an idea of what she is, but I'm waiting until I read more to see if my theory is actually true.
