This is a Chinese novel with a slower pace, typically releasing one chapter per day or less. I temporarily set it aside around chapter 110. Despite that, I enjoy the story and plan to continue reading once there's a substantial backlog. The protagonist has a sensible approach, which is uncommon in xianxia novels, and although he doesn't actively pursue a harem, he aims for good relationships with multiple women, ensuring he has alternatives if things don't work out with his primary love interest, leading to some current complications.

He's generally intelligent and勤劳, engaging in thrilling action and training sequences that are typical of the genre. However, there's an issue with his preference for very young girls, as the author spends considerable time describing the protagonist's attraction to those under ten. Although there's no explicit content, apart from occasional kissing, the book carries mature themes, and there's a possibility he might cross a line with a character considered a lolicon. If this is a deal-breaker, I'd advise against reading it, even if you initially liked the beginning.

The novel offers an intriguing cheat cultivation method, a lively harem dynamic where some members actively try to trap and compete against each other, as hinted by the summary and the Yandere tag. Combat scenes are well-written, and the setting holds many elements that make me eager to explore further. The story itself is captivating, with characters evolving over time. I would rate it highly, but the lolicon aspect occasionally becomes unsettling, and I'm unsure if it will improve later on. For now, I'll refrain from giving a rating until I can better assess the situation.

What makes this novel intriguing is the protagonist's unique character. Unlike the usual arrogant young master or overly-smart lead, he's simply a humble baker, blessed with good looks but no interest in martial arts. His life revolves around ordinary dough, yet fate thrusts him into challenging circumstances. This lack of combat experience adds depth to his character development, making for an engaging narrative. I would definitely recommend this book for its well-rounded protagonist and the opportunities it presents for character growth.

The novel initially presents an intriguing concept and begins promisingly, but instead of distancing itself from the love triangles (yanderes), the protagonist gets swept up and fails to make any real effort to break free. I had anticipated a blend of cultivation, comedy, and comedic escapes from both old and new love interests. However, the narrative takes a different turn, resembling a dark, soul-like dating simulator where the main character's power increases through interactions with the female characters, expanding his harem and accumulating affection points, akin to collecting souls.

It's not embarrassing for me to admit that I have a fondness for yandere characters, and that's precisely why I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. The protagonist isn't a regular human; he's an immortal celestial being, essentially a walking magnet for both yanderes and girls, effortlessly capturing their hearts wherever he goes. The story incorporates a unique system, distinct from the one in the novel I'm currently reading, titled "Hedonist Sovereign," which adds an interesting twist.

Overall, the book provides a pleasant reading experience, although I do wish the chapters were a bit longer.

I genuinely adore this novel, but I find the author's narrative shortcomings irksome. When describing the knights surrounding the main character (MC), the focus on quantity over quality is disappointing. There were only a select few who had meaningful interactions with the MC and their positive feelings towards the MC were not adequately justified.

Furthermore, I strongly dislike the Hydra arc, as it introduces temporary characters who never reappear despite being potential strong female protagonists. Although I appreciate the engaging Trap arcs, the constant reliance on them feels forced, and it doesn't resonate as well as other aspects of the story. The inclusion of the MC's children from his past relationships creates an awkward dynamic, even though they are not biological offspring – it gives off a "Sweet Home Alabama" vibe, which isn't entirely comfortable for me.

The best way to describe this would be as a unique take on a dark souls-inspired dating sim, where the major female characters are yandere (possessive and jealous) who either become part of the main character's love interest group or actively attempt to harm him. It stands out as a refreshing alternative to typical xuanhuan novels.

I'm a Chinese reader, so I usually consume content in Chinese. The title seemed familiar, which prompted me to check it out and share my thoughts. The book currently boasts over 2,000 chapters. In essence, it's about a man who, in his previous life, was a notorious womanizer who crossed paths with influential figures from various dimensions, much like in "School Day."

The story initially presents a fresh take on the harem genre, incorporating unique trials and settings, and leaning more towards comedy than action. But there's a significant turn that left me disappointed.

This novel appears to be right up my alley, featuring Yun Xi, who discovers he's been reincarnated as a celestial being. In his past life, he was notorious for his womanizing ways, which somehow garnered the affection of four powerful yandere deities seeking revenge. To confront them, Yun Xi embarks on a power-seeking journey, aided by unique seeds planted in various girls that grant them shared abilities and bind them to him romantically. The combination of an intriguing plot and a yandere harem promises a solid five-star rating, but I deducted one star due to two issues:

Firstly, the development of romantic relationships feels sluggish. While there are occasional scenes with Yun Xi's childhood friend, a prominent yandere, the progress between him and the other potential love interests is minimal, even after reading over 500 chapters.

Secondly, the pacing of the story is slow. Side plots that span over a hundred chapters are engaging, but they don't significantly advance the main storyline. The yandere gods have yet to make a significant appearance, and despite being almost 500 chapters in, the narrative still feels like it's in its introductory phase.
