Story is good.
Abilities he wished for are also good.
But, my main problem is that mc is taking all of this as way to light. I mean he told Thor all about himself just because he was his favorite character, dude for you fiction has just became real and you are giving away info about yourself to people you just meet for the first time in life.
I don't like how mc thinks of world he lives in as comic.

it's nice, although you know the conversation is a little awkward and all ,but the idea of the tech and wishes is quite interesting , it's just if only there's more chapters .

Make him the best in intellect(Science) and Combat Arts In level beyond the level even Bruce Wayne(BATMAN) can't imagine.
Make Mutants into Meta-Humans.
Also, Keep the Characters from Both Western and Eastern Heroes from Comics and already known characters.

Make him a Grand-Master to teach all people and future heroes in Avengers Academy(Combining all Kamar Taj, Kun Lun and other hidden academy/Sects) Combat Arts and Magic Arts - ( Manupulation and uses of Chi, Ki , Qi and Mana into various Arts ) especially on Earth as his base operation.
Also make him transport Asgard on Earth as a part of the planet.
But before he do so make him change Earth into full pollution free planet in Rich nature energy( Combine with Ki, Chi, Mana, Cosmic Energy).
