In a world struggling for balance, Blithe del Rosario, a celebrated fashion designer from Maha, Zubu in Maharlika, led a complex double life. By day, she was known for her breathtaking couture, each piece reflecting the rich culture and resilience of her homeland. However, beneath her captivating beauty lay a dark secret: by night, she transformed into the notorious assassin Lady Dragonfly. This alter ego, forged from necessity and survival, allowed her to blend into shadows, striking fear in the underworld as she sought vengeance for her parents' murder and searched for her missing brother.
Meanwhile, in Alkebulan, Chain Singh ascended to the rank of five-star general, known as Marshal Law—the Battle War God of the Zuid Military Forces. Born Citrine Leohart-Curseal, his noble lineage added depth to his character. Renowned for his strategic brilliance and charismatic leadership, he was a key figure in military operations, respected yet feared by his peers. Despite his stoicism, Citrine grappled with the moral complexities of war, yearning for peace and a deeper understanding of his role in the ongoing violence.
Their paths converged when Blithe and Chain Singh shared a passionate one-night stand, igniting Blithe's feelings for the plain Chain Singh. Unbeknownst to her, Chain Singh was already captivated by Lady Dragonfly, feeling a deep connection to her lethal persona. This created a complicated love square: Blithe's affection for the unassuming Chain Singh clashed with Citrine's feelings for Lady Dragonfly, whom he idolized without realizing her true identity. As Blithe avoided the Marshal Law persona, drawn only to the man behind the title, Citrine remained oblivious to the duality of the woman he loved.
As their lives became increasingly entangled, emotional stakes grew higher. Blithe found herself torn between her thirst for vengeance and her unexpected love for Chain Singh. Simultaneously, Citrine's heart was caught in a bittersweet struggle, unknowingly pursuing a love intricately linked to the darkness Blithe was trying to escape.
Their bond deepened further, leading to the birth of six children, which bound them in ways they had not foreseen. Together, they faced the weight of their pasts—Blithe with her relentless quest for justice and Citrine with the burdens of military command. Their complementary skills became vital assets in their shared pursuit of truth and a better future, blending Blithe's intuition and agility with Citrine's analytical prowess and strategic mind.
As they ventured deeper into the tumultuous heart of their society, they encountered ruthless organization, cunning scientists, and disillusioned citizens, each with their own agendas. The web of alliances and betrayals became increasingly complex, demanding that they navigate with caution and skill. Through this journey, they built a fragile yet profound trust, united in their common cause, while grappling with the tangled emotions stemming from their love square.

The title page alone is inviting telling me it will be an interesting ride with Dax having unusual dreams. It sounds like it will be interesting to take this journey to find out how he becomes the Magi King! I hope others will also enjoy the ride.0 0 Reply

Mediocre would be praise for this novel. Just absolute trash perfectly describes this story. I pray that this does not get chosen to get translated.0 0 Reply

I actually really enjoyed these twenty chapters of trail read, I mean normally with a system like his the MC would would do one thing or another to showoff ( attentional or not ) while these give off a mt slice of life feel where the Mc is not absorbed into the system and uses it more like a passing moment. I especially like the way the author writes the character thoughts even side character you hear thoughts behind their actions making it feel less that things are happening just to happen0 0 Reply

First 60 chapters are a treat, the free ones, are nice to read. After that, the quality drop to google translate level, mc name change, capitalization and punctuation are optional, just spend your coins or fast pass somewhere else. (stopped reading at chapter 86)0 0 Reply

Do you believe in Vampires? Do you know what Krasue is? In Thailand Vampires are rare, Krasue are everywhere. Is Philippa a Vampire or Krasue? Better read to find out.0 0 Reply

The story is pretty good so far. I like the quality and detailed background and all, just MC needs to show off power more, though I get why he's not, reasonable motives. Maybe less buildup, more climax scenes. Or just write more, don't leave us waiting. Keep it up!0 0 Reply
