Typical Ignorant-Misunderstanding Cliche MCMC accepted into a sect and practiced "sage skills" for 10 years, and didn't cultivate. After he finished studying for a decade, he found out that he couldn't use any manuals to cultivate shit.Anyways every action from chopping wood to taking a piss if infused with heavenly dao BS which makes everyone think he's some OP low-profile person, when in fact he thinks that he has to act like a mysterious senior to save his sect.I've seen around a dozen of these types of novels, they're funny for a while before becoming quickly stale. Let's hope it's not like that this time.Anyways so far it's just the MC trying to find a technique that lets him cultivate, and his demon pets that gained sentience by listening him play music causing regular cliches, making everyone think he's op, when in reality he's doing some dao bs.0 0 Reply

Imagine living life on easy mode. Scratch that, imagine living life on 'easier than easy' mode. This novel's protagonist is living it. MC's initialisation gift [from the system] is enough for him to advance to the next cultivation stage. The bonus reward for attaining the next stage is...enough points to advance to the stage after. Oh, and upon advancing each stage the MC will also conveniently be gifted everything he needs. From the very best cultivation manual, alchemy production, weapon crafting, and of course can't forget apex combat skills. If all of this wasn't enough the protagonist is a complete rock. All it took was 4 chapters to see that story is just hot garbage. The only good points is that they are translating the novel very well and the editing is pretty okay as well. Now to the bad, we're do I start. First the author summarizes before MC travels back in time in 4 sentences. 4 ****ty sentences. No background, no characterization. Multiple pov shifts that can confuse a reader. No background to base our understanding of the MC and side characters after time shift. A broken game system that randomizes a new players ability and forces them to stay with those stats even if they remake a new character. That's a broken system only someone who knows nothing about how games work and was to lazy to research for 5 minutes.If I could, I would message the author directly and tell him to burn this story from existence.0 0 Reply

Read till chapter 5 till now, and I think the novel's pretty cool. The description of everything is good too however I would suggest to re-edit the initial chapters once again as there are a few grammatical mistakes. I know stats are important, but long complicated terms can make it slightly boring so I would suggest to reduce it if possible. Since there are some action scenes too, I feel the emotions could've been described better, rest everything is perfect and I wish you best of luck author.0 0 Reply
