Paul Vaneke, a young university student, dies unexpectedly and awakens in a savage, fractured world as a hybrid of orc and barbarian—a being unlike any other. Struggling to survive as an outcast, he discovers an ancient spaceship from a lost civilization. Bonding with its sentient core, Paul gains access to a "Civilization System," a powerful tool that allows him to build, conquer, and evolve. From a lone survivor, he rises to become a tribal chief, then a king, and finally an emperor, uniting the fractured lands under his rule.

But Paul’s rise is shadowed by a far greater threat. The Abyssals, a ruthless galactic empire from another galaxy, manipulate the world’s races—Dwarves, Elves, Beastmen, Barbarians, and Humans—through their proxies, the enigmatic Shifters. These shapeshifting agents sow discord, turning races against each other and weakening the world for eventual conquest. As Paul uncovers the truth, he must rally the divided races against their common enemy, using both the Civilization System and the lost civilization’s advanced technology.

With the Abyssals’ fleet en route and the Shifters infiltrating his empire, Paul faces a war on two fronts: one against the manipulated races and another against the encroaching galactic empire. In a world of shifting alliances, ancient secrets, and interstellar warfare, Paul must unite the fractured realms, outwit the Shifters, and stand against the Abyssals’ overwhelming might. Will he become the savior of his world, or will it fall to the machinations of a galaxy-spanning empire?

Other than having a cheat like ability worth noticing, everything else is bad. It gets frustratingly worse with each chapter. The only good thing about this novel is that, the freedom and infinite possibilities laid out by cheat ability is smothered early on by the author. So, I didn't waste more time on this.

I tried to finish this novel, made it to chapter 270ish.  Despite the writing level being that of a drink middle school student at the start, it seemed to have an interesting enough premise, and potential. It failed to live up to any of that.  World building was haphazard in those places it did exist.  Comparable power levels shifted to fit whatever the author needed to happen at that time.  Character personality and background morph with little regard for what's gone before. There is little to no structure, characters show up, randomly interacting with extreme familial intimacy, that have LITERALLY NEVER BEEN MENTIONED BEFORE!!The system is hauled out doing stuff that just needs to be done, but seems to ignore its own rules most of the time.  It is also largely ignored except when the writer screws up and needs a hand wave solution.Do not read this book, almost anything is better, and I regret the money I spent unlimited cling chapters because I gate to not finish something I started, regardless of how bad it is.  This book however has made me break that trend . I'm only 20 chapters from the end, but I just can't go on.On top of everything else the author needs a serious proof reader as he constantly gender bends his pronouns, mixes up names of who he is referring too, contradicts what he said a paragraph before, and twists idioms to inadvertently reverse their meaning. He also seems to have a fixation with people finding 10-12 year Olds as sexual/romantic/r*pe targets, or implying that someone had kids, at 13, after years of abuse, as if that age was "standard". (23 year old (which he considers mud 20s) with a 10 year old daughter for example).  This extends as low as it seemingly being "normal" for the 8 year old twin sister of one character, to have been trading sexual favours to folks for a living.

👍👍👍I have read around 30 chapters. The story is really good so far. The writing is a bit rough with small mistakes in a few places but i am still really hyped for the rest of the book🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

just found this book recently and it's been an enjoyable read. MC's not an idiot and even when his new family thinks he won't be talented they still care about him and try to help him out as much as they can. plus the cheats he has gotten so far are pretty sweet.😁

Love the ineraction between the main two characters, and how their bond changed from A master who disdained her servant, into a duo, which has complete and utter trust in one another.
