Footsteps in Time (The After Cilmeri Series Book 1)

Alright my third iteration lol,This novel is not the usual run of the mill cultivation novel you see out there. MC won't just blindly slaughter or save every dog and chickens he sees on the road lol.Pros - 1. A collected, mature(not beta) and playful MC who is not too cold that his face looks like a frozen block of ice without any expressions despite his tragic past. 2. Interesting and entertaining story and plot lines that would keep you guys on edge and want to read more. The plot won't be simply about leveling up and jumping to higher realms like other novels but there would be gripping, dramatic and heart wrenching events.3. MC's girls won't be two dimensional nor would they be left behind and forgotten. They each play a important role in the story. The Romance has and will be well fleshed out unlike usual novels where MC simply chances upon a beauty and insta meet and have snu-snu. 4. The world building has been structured properly and the power levels explained(glossary also included). MC's powers are intriguing(Necromancy included oops spoiler) and not cliched. It would be fun for you guys to see how he is going to use them.5. I think the writing quality is at least satisfactory that won't bore holes in one's brain. Till at most Chap 80, there might be elementary mistakes and small grammatical mistakes, but trust me I will edit it as soon as I get the time. First time writing so can't help it.Cons -1. Please somehow hold on till chap 20 as I feel like I might have tried to convey the information in a poor way. Maybe some might not feel that way but for those who does, I can say that you won't regret if u read on after chap 40.2. The story might seem like a slow start since I wanted to build up the world first and convey it to readers. Maybe this might not have been the best way but it does pick up pace from chap 50 onwards. Again this depends on one's perspective while some might feel the pace is fine.3. I don't know if this is a con or what...but some might feel the mysteries are too annoying or something like that. But please be patient as they are revealed along with the plot and you guys won't regret reading further. Where's the fun if all the mysteries are shown to you all at the beginning of the story itself?----Finally, thank you for taking the time to at least look at my novel and reading it. Nice story idea and characters. That's about all I can praise this story for. Narration is incredibly convoluted, and the story reads more like an attempt at hero's diary than a novel. If you hate novels where autor has to note out POV changes, this isn't for you since the story has no "flow". Might be a decent binge-read at +-150 chapters.
