I wished i could bring this back, perhaps if i break my little piggy bank, i would certainly do it. But i know it is not possible, for many readers are uncultured swine who craved for generic mold printout crap.Lemme pray respect for this piece of gem that gonna be buried forever by idiotic management.
I love the book, it says about a new world and it's a intresting read.. I love how Taylor makes a slow development... and love that there's is a past and future intertwining together
I am really really surprised that this novel isn't famous yet. I have never read such a cultivation novel in 5-6 years maybe I haven't read enough.....So the story is about Li tian our MC. Currently he is 12 years old. Story starts when he is 5 yrs and then straight to 8 yrs when the real adventure/ misfortune/ fortune starts for MC. Our MC is naive and gullible. Maybe weak and timid. People might hate such personality but give it a read further in the story. Nope it doesn't improve except the weak and timid part. He has very very low IQ. You can understand it from synopsis.... MC has trash talent in cultivation, can't remember difficult things, doesn't like reading, writing or going school. He is pure hearted, kind. Only 1 childhood friend takes care of him, fights for him. MC is taken away on a trip by his parents and abandoned. He meets an injured super strong cultivator. Since childhood he read 1000 virtues book and decides to help him. Next morning he asks the strong person to be his teacher and although he found that MC is idiot he took him his disciple.The strong cultivator took 1 year to recover and go to his continent. During that time he taught MC cultivation technique and most basic sword technique. When MC was left alone he met a strong dragon. Again the dragon found MC is idiot but teaches MC coz he was alone for 1000 years. 3 years later when dragon is about to die he tells MC his story and gives him a task. MC then goes out to and finds an academy test is going on. His talent is trash but his techniques and will power are amazing. He meets his childhood friend again.Now, writing quality is good. Very very less grammar mistakes. You will find how pitiful the MC is by the way world treats him and laugh at those moments when people try to teach him since MC can't understand simplest of the things. Characters are good. His family members and juniors, as usual in any novel, despise MC because of his talent and IQ. Except them people shown are good and not 1 dimensional. World background shown is little as for now. I have strong hope for this novel. Why? because I really cannot predict the future of MC. We have read many novels and most of the times we can predict what is going to happen and what path MC will take. In this case I cannot. Will he develop IQ or will he remain a moron? Will his talents improve, his spiritual root? will his comprehension increase? can he remember things? Only time will tell
The story had great potential, and I appreciated the detailed world-building. However, some characters felt a bit one-dimensional, and the pacing was uneven in parts. Still, it was an entertaining read with some memorable moments
