Flain grew up in a futuristic world. When he was born his parents didn't want him because he didn't live up to their expectations and so he ended up very badly.

Flain was employed as a slave. He was forced to mine radioactive iron deep in the mines. It was drilled into his head that he existed only to obey orders.

Young Flain was obedient. He doubted some of it but knew nothing else. For years, he never saw a single ray of light; light was only spoken of among the others as a legend.

The routine was the same: in the morning, he would take a nutrient tablet and water. Then he would mine all day, sleep eight hours, and repeat.

Flain worked like this from childhood until he was ten years old. He even found a friend, but that friend died of radiation poisoning right in front of Flain. Flain couldn't stop mining. He kept mining with tears streaming down his face.

Before bed, Flain cried. "I will become the strongest. I will kill you all, and you will become my slaves." Flain stopped crying, stared blankly at the rocky ceiling, then looked ahead. A manic grin appeared on his face, one that would often adorn it from that moment on.

At the age of ten, Flain was assigned to a military camp due to his endurance in the mines and his survival against radiation.

In the camp, Flain was trained. The regime was much looser; he even had an hour of free time each day. However, Flain didn't make any more friends. Even during his free time, he trained with a smile. He would achieve his goal at any cost, even if it meant training himself to death.

Experiments were conducted on Flain. He lost his hair, two long gray arms grew on his back, and a third red eye appeared. Flain became a mutant.

Flain was then sent to war. He fought with sharp katabas. He performed quite well in the war, earning himself command of ten soldiers and becoming a small commander.

But one day, everything changed.

Flain then dies, is swallowed by darkness, and Flain refuses to die, thus appearing as a skeleton in a fantasy world.

I really like this novel and it's one of the most underrated ones out there. Comparing this to some other more known novels that are written quite badly this one is amazing

A good idea behind the story but after the first target I thought mc was going to be much more cruel than he was, but he became more of a pushover but then again its character development

I have read over 100 chapters, which maybe a-lot or maybe its not that much, but I can only say, "What a waste of time!". The writing is quite poor, the plot is not very rational many-a-times, and it feels very contrived, especially the tension and conflict. Very disappointed, of what I've read from Er Gen, this and ISSTH have similar problems, while his only novel I enjoyed is AWE and thats because of the early part of the story basically up until the end of the Night-crypt arc and Bai Xioachun as a main character. All of his novels have problems but AWE is much more lighthearted so I don't care as much, however this novel is not like that which only adds to make me feel even more annoyed. Basically reading this is an exercise in self-mutilation.

I'm a huge fan of stories about cultivation and leveling up. I think this book has the potential of becoming my next favorite cultivation story if you take out some of the repititive words used.  I'd love the action to happen soon tho 😊...

The most interesting fact is that you have taken the present world pandemic as a backdrop and woven a plot around your story.  Not an innovation, but all the persons associated with the medical profession etc have made such a background for their story.I just read your first chapter and it is quite long perhaps equivalent to an ordinary book which would cover this material in 4-5 chapters. As far as the writing quality goes, I do not see any fault except for the long chapters and long paragraphs. Your command over the English language is good. However, if you want all persons to read your book, please use less bombastic words. Simple English will go a long way to get you readers from across the globe. Stability of updates is there. The story is developing nicely. The character design is good. World background is excellent.I am looking forward to continue reading your book. and it will remain in my library. All the best,Author!
