What do you do when your brother dies because of some entitled assholes? You go undercover.

My real name? Clare. But at school, I’m Clause—just another guy blending in. Disguised. Watching. Yes, a boy. No, it's not an all-boys school—I'm just deep undercover, hunting down the bastard responsible for my brother’s suicide. Nobody—and I mean nobody—messes with my precious brother and gets away with it. They better pray I never find them, because when I do? Death will be a mercy, and trust me—I don’t do mercy.

And as for the egotistical Alpha and the narcissistic Vampire Prince? They can go fuck themselves. I don’t do mates, I don’t do claiming, and I sure as hell don’t do them.

I dont ever right reviews for any light novel but I find myself forced to for this light novel. The author has written a terrific high fantasy story that has the most in depth world building I have ever seen on this website. Its story development is well pace and the characters are three dimensional and interesting. Not to mention, that their are no grammar or spelling errors present in this novel, or at least none that I saw, which is a very high bar to reach for most light novels on this site. The only bad thing about the novel is that currently ,12/2/21, the author hasn't released any chapters for 21 days. Yet prior to the inadvertent break, the author has done a good job of consistently updating the story on a daily basis. TL;DR, if your a fan of fantasy, especially high fantasy, read this book, you wont be disappointed.

Okay, let's start with the easy onesQuality is superb. Grammar, sentence structure, word choice, it's all very epic. The Worldbuilding and Setting is also very interesting. Luna and its history are definitely very important elements of the story and they're a deligh to read about as well.Character Design. Author does an epic job of building Em up. The first chapter does its job of pulling the reader so well it's almost illegal. The other characters are also there to foreshadow an epic clash between them later on. Story development: It's a revenge plot with extra perks. I haven't been able to reach the revenge parts, but I'm sure they're awesome.ButI hated the scene where Em tries to tame SirBlob. This happens right after MC reincarnates and is hyping himself up to obtain his revenge.Long story short, MC feeds the slime till he's too tired. He's unable to do anything else except getting eaten by the slime. And judging by his thoughts at the time, he really didn't mind fucking dying randomly like that. He didn't even fight back against a slime. We see him casting what was probably the grandest magic in the world with seven swords stuck in his chest in the prologue, but fighting against a slime trying to eat you after you've exhausted yourself by f e e d i n g  it too much?No thanks. Guess I'll die. I did an oopsie. Overfed the slime without caring for my exhaustion. Happens to the best of us.What? What???What happened to his revenge plot? What happened to the reasoning for this entire novel's existence? ???At first I thought that there was a certain reason for him to act like this. Maybe the slime needed to feel EM letting his guard down around it to let itself be tamed. If that was the reasoning, I can get by it. A cool mechanic in the world, sure. But nooo. MC was unironaically okay with dying then and there. After the slime gets tamed, he's like, 'Oh, nice... It worked out somehow. lmao'Hello? This completely makes it unable to take anything else that happens later on seriously for me. Everything else that happens next, I just automatically think that's it's going to be filled with cheap bathos.Ven comes along and I'm like 'Oh another damsel in distress plotline. Go figure.' And then the dragon appears and I'm like, 'Oh, could've been a skelly of some sorts to make it seem more evil, but I guess a dragon's okay too...'Summary: Fuck you, and I'll see you tomorrow. Here have a 5 star

Not going to lie I was caught from the start.  The way the main character developed from a boy confused from awaking in the middle of nowhere, to a badass soldier all because of the time he spent with the ones he cares about and that a tragedy that fell upon His last loved one may curse his life again is what drives him in this new world.
