This novel stands out as one of the rare instances where the main character (MC) behaves appropriately for his age. Unlike other stories where characters aged over a thousand years still exhibit childlike behavior, which can be frustrating, our protagonist here displays maturity, wisdom, and stability. The narrative isn't solely centered on revenge, but it offers engaging reading.

The反击 sequences, particularly in the third and final arc, are nothing short of brilliant. One character, in particular, has captured my heart - the MC's mother from the third arc, despite not being biological family. Their shared journey is emotionally captivating and heartwarming, especially when the MC allows his mother to seek revenge. It's incredibly satisfying to see her manipulation turn him into a prince, eventually the throneholder, and an emperor. Yet, the quest for revenge continues beyond that, making the story even more compelling. I highly recommend giving it a read.

The first arc was highly promising with an impressively researched and well-thought-out world background, particularly in terms of mathematical theories. It felt like the author poured their heart into it. However, from arc 2 onwards, the quality dropped, resembling a rushed deadline. The main character (MC) became overpowered, solving problems with skills acquired earlier, which made the story slightly monotonous. While the slapstick humor was enjoyable, the love plot wasn't particularly deep, as it was decent but unremarkable.

The ending left me disappointed, as if the author ran out of creative ideas. A spoiler: In one arc, the MC possesses a Chinese shaman-like ability, and subsequent chapters revolve around it, contributing to the boredom. There were also scenes involving attempted rape, where the MC was coerced into consuming an aphrodisiac, leading to uncomfortable situations with the male lead (ML). The MC's dishonesty and lack of trust in ML in certain arcs further detracted from the overall experience.

In conclusion, only the first arc stood out as exceptional, while the later parts fell short of expectations.

This is an exceptional find. The main character (MC) and the love interest (ML) have a significant age gap in most storylines, which I find intriguing and invigorating. If you're open to this kind of dynamic, I highly recommend giving it a read; it's truly delightful.

"Absolutely fantastic! 🌟 This story is exceptional. Initially, I thought the main character (MC) would be the 'Shou,' but nope, it's actually the 'Gong' - right up my alley! The plotlines are exactly what I enjoy. For instance, in the first arc:

    - Our protagonist is a brilliant mathematician, tackling challenges faced by the original owner. And get this, he contracts AIDS due to a mysterious injection (ouch), delaying his relationship with the love interest (ML). Both MC and ML are genius researchers, working together to develop a cure for AIDS, creating an endearing 'father-son' dynamic. It's quite educational too, as I picked up on math formulas while reading.

While I do crave some steamy scenes, the story clearly prioritizes plot over romance. I highly recommend giving this novel a chance. Lastly, a big thank you to the translators for their hard work. ❤️❤️"

I appreciate the authenticity of this character; there's no trace of immaturity despite being a hundred years old.

I've been attempting to read Manhua with English translations (MTL), and initially, the first few worlds were manageable for me. However, as I progressed, I found it increasingly difficult to grasp the content, which is causing me quite a bit of stress. Additionally, I've noticed discrepancies in some translated chapters; certain parts seem to be missing when comparing them to the linked version. It's concerning, almost like they're editing the MTL to make it more coherent.

Despite these issues, I still gave the series 5 stars because it's an intriguing story, and there are aspects I appreciate. The MC starts as an elderly person who's reincarnated into a system, and the hosts he's transmigrating into are middle-aged men, typically in their thirties or forties. This unique twist appeals to me. I genuinely hope for a better translator to take on this work or for the existing translations to improve, so I can fully immerse myself in the plot and characters' depth. I'm eager to enjoy the story as it should be.

It was fantastic! The writing in MTL was quite comprehensible. The main character (MC) had a significant advantage, but it didn't come across as overpowered in an unpleasant manner. The story featured unique settings in certain aspects, which added to its charm.

What stood out the most was the blurred line between right and wrong. I found myself questioning the morality of both the MC's actions and the characters around them, leaving me pondering who should bear the blame. Surprisingly, the villains in most story arcs were portrayed as the ones at fault.

Unlike many other Quick Transmigration novels, the plot arcs in this one had a distinctiveness, avoiding common tropes like science fiction or xianxia. The system of gaining merit points and delivering memory experiences seemed minimal.

Despite being a typical seme protagonist tale that could sometimes make me uncomfortable, overall, it was an engaging and well-written read. I would highly recommend it as a worthwhile read.

Hi there... This is one of my favorite light novels. The main character, MZZ, is intelligent but not overly powerful. Unlike typical cool guys in other stories, he's not conventionally handsome or young, constantly chasing after the male lead. In fact, he's often older, creating a significant age gap in the first storyline, resembling more of a father figure. Surprisingly, this doesn't make the story dull. Perhaps because I prefer the dominant character type, I find this novel highly entertaining.

There's actually a sequel to this, but it's separate from the original. It's titled "Unstoppable."
