It happened so quickly that it frightened the Soul Society at such point, they sent everything to stop whatever threat might have popped up. When i say everything, i meant everything.....Even Yamamoto Genryusai Shigekuni was there. He was a young man, if you could say that, with a fiery temper and who tended to act rashly.
His parents were able to have another child. They named him Yun Ji and he finally started growing with a manual called "falcon fist" until his eighth birthday raising him to stage 4 of the Qi kingdom making him once again a genius in his younger generation.
Zhane shrugged. "Well, it broke no bones, had high stamina, normal speed, and has no higher thought processes. Its instincts are primitive, lower than most animals. I did notice a slight petrification of the skin, as if it might be tougher than expected, maybe more resilient to injury. That worries me a little. There are signs that the zombie change is only the first stage of a greater mutation."
I read all of Volume 1 and decided I wouldn’t continue. This story isn’t bad, but it really never had a moment that hooked me, so to speak. When reading, I try to feel something for the characters, and to be honest, all I could eke out for the characters here is a "meh."Maybe I’m dropping out of this race too early, and the second volume is really a step up, but 20-something chapters should be plenty to get a reader somewhat invested.
