Every few decades, The Game occurs. Rewards are abundant, power is generously given, and a future is possible to all, from the lowly urchin to the Emperor.

That is, at least, what the denizens of this world believe it to be as they prepare from one calamity to the other, fostering power and knowledge. Creating guilds and countries; all for the purpose of winning.

Nilbog, battered and beat, wants nothing of it.

Kara craves for it all.

In the process of a re-write. I advise against reading any of this yet.

THE 7 REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF

Clichés shall be avoided like the cancerous tumors they are. The world shall not spread its pink butt cheeks for the main character's convenience. No character shall be thinner than one slice of white American cheese. No female character shall serve to highlight how overpowered and fabulous the main character is. No villain shall serve to highlight how overpowered and fabulous the main characters are. Grammar laws shall be upheld sometimes. I, the author, swear not to be a prick. I, the author, swear not to go away without warning.

TL seems good (rarity on Webnovel recently...). Unfortunately the story itself doesn't seem too interesting to me...........................

oh boy...this one's a case of where the packaging looks decent but you take a bite and you get a mouth full of sawdust...In the first chapter it says he made a guild together with a friend who then later betrayed him in his first life. Not only does said friend never show up in the early chapters, the MC proceeds to narrate that he never joined a Guild in his last life a few chapters in.Like hello? I know you just slapped a few cliches together and called it a novel but at least keep your facts straight jesus...

Great premise excited to see where it goes I’m a binge reader so I don’t usually continue after the free chapter until we get to 500 plus and then I read about every 500 or a 1000 chapter until completeI would highly recommend Grammerly! The free version, if you go back and put every chapter through it you should be able to fix a ton of critics opinions of the book❤️😇

This is my current favorite read on the site. for anyone who has issues with Cain's personality in the beginning, do not worry since it gets fixed pretty early in the novel. Cain is a very talented protagonist who doesn't constantly rely on the system for everything he does, which is nice. his path through cultivation is gained by himself, and the biggest direct effect the system has had on his strength as of Chapter 1000 is the bloodline awakening at the beginning of the story. If you are someone who enjoys an MC with immense battle power above his level, then you will like this novel. The romance is very brief, and although he does get multiple women, the novel doesn't feel harem much at all.
