Carissa wasn't interested in the world hidden from the human eye, she was told all her life they were nothing but fairy tales. When she get's attacked by a creature by the name of Neko, she is introduced to a group of monsters called Guardians, their leader immediately taking her in and giving her a special Mark that gives her incredible powers and abilities. She soon learns with great power comes a responsibility like no other, and her life becomes twisted around in ways she never thought possible.
