the 12 death gods (now 9) battle was really cool. looking forward to seeing Azure dragons storyline develope.

Story is fine, around 3.5/5, I'm just giving bad review to show that their new premium system is crap. I'm fine if it was cheaper, but that much for short chapter full of filler and repeated explanations is totally not worth it. You could finish most chapters in less than 5 minutes, only to find out that not even 5 minutes had passed in the story.

The MC is ubsurdly obtuse. You can ignore it if you want and maybe it improves later but as of now it's a very grating read. The writing quality it also quite terrible with whole paragraphs being added that don't need to be there at all. An obvious ploy to inflate the word count. E.g. "Either he could stay here for eternity, or he could jump in the strange river and try to swim for an unknown amount of time. And now, the third option was available, which was to get in the boat and let the Spector take him."This is very early on and when you read this paragraph in context you'll see that absolutely nothing is added. In a way that's almost impressive. As I said maybe it gets better later but early on (~c17) it's just a bad read. As always there's much more that can be said but most of it is negative and you get the general jist.

I hate to say it but the main character is a simp. Instead of making her fall in love with him, why does he act like the inferior and goes to mess with that other man. I think she doesn’t like him because he is too nice to her that caused her to Friendzone him.  Like the saying goes in order to capture one must let loose. He should never show that he likes her or she will feel less interested. Simping=Death

This novel is rubbish. I'll explain why. The prologue was incredible. It was detailed and different so right away my expectations rose. It was a good start. The blurb was a bit crap but the prologue saved the day. However as usual my expectations crushed when I turned to a new chapter. It was the classic storyline of a young master who showed some skills in the beginning but as he grew older he become worse for some reason and his talents were non-existent hence his position in the family decreased and he got the classical victim treatment. Oh and there is the typical 'maid' who never left his side. His only relative is missing. Boring fyckint boring. To add to the mix he suddenly without any logic got power and he doesn't think deeply about it. He is flat character with no personality. All he thinks about is his maid, grandfather and revenge on lowly relatives who strangely keeps creating problems for a 'useless ' person. If you read enough novels you would know where this crap would be going. Don't let others deceive you. There is no difference to the other typical wuxia novels. Absolute waste.

A decent quick read with a compelling story idea. The plot summary needs work, make it enticing and intriguing so it pulls the readers more. Give the readers a tease, tease them into reading the story and adding it to their library. It’s like click bait. There were a few grammatical errors like the writer tends to switch grammatical tense from past tense to present tense, which was normal because English was not the writer’s native language. The sentence case was adequate. As much as I love details, this story needs to explain it more properly. It felt lacking in explanation. Like explain how the ranking works in a more precise way so the readers could understand it. The writer did  explained some topics but it needs more elaboration. World building needs work, describe the settings to make it more real. Take the time to set the scene. It makes the setting and the story feel more tangible. This goes also for the story development. The story development was sufficient, the story progresses without rushing too much but still managed to keep the story entertaining. In story wise, it is interesting especially when I recently noticed that reincarnation, soul switching and stuff like that seemed to be a trope here in this site. The story has a different approach to it, as it more focused on the protagonist growth and not the romance element, which was new to me but I did saw the tag of Harem. Usually, in the introduction the love interest is immediately introduced but in here, the writer decided to focus to the protagonist and the world building. Which I love about it. Keep up the good work!
