    This novel is definitely among my faves. It's up there with Mech Touch, Chrysalis, Lord of Mysteries, and I became the Pope.I wish I could lock the author up and make him keep writing, but I understand he needs to make a living. Please give this novel a chance.

    About 30 seconds later and after she closed and locked the door he started walking oh so slowly towards me I stepped back he kept walking and I kept stepping back until I hit the wall I gasped and dropped the blanket that was around me then all to smoothly he put his hands on the wall beside my face and leaned closer to my ear

    "Let's go inside so I can properly heal that cut." We both got out taking the little things we had with us. I unlock the door then let Mac go in first, I walk in after her locking the front door. "Okay lets see" I looked around the room for a first aid kit, luckily they had one in the bathroom and I grabbed it. "Lift your shirt up again for me" She lifted her shirt and I began to clean and bandage it up. "Good thing I cauterized the wound in time." I smiled small and finished. "Go and sleep now, I'm going somewhere real quick, I'll be back and I'll bring food okay?" I smiled and smoothed her hair down.
