Ugh... it's hard to find underrated novels that are good and focused on the yandere part. I've also forgotten some of them already. The one that comes to mind is:

'Oh no! After I Reincarnated, My Moms Became Son-cons!'-I remembered feeling uncomfortable while reading it because of the mc so I dropped it halfway but it was yandere
'Running Away From The Hero!'- i think you already know this but just in case, I will recommend it too.
I'll also give you a harem novel that I'm enjoying right now:

'Reincarnated in The World of a Yuri Game as a Man Who Got Sandwiched by Yuri'

No problem, I just hate when the summary doesn't give you a shut of informations. We are not in a fanfiction with 20 chapters, so I would appreciate to know what I'm reading too
It’s a Good story so far I’m at 300+ hopefully he gains a new and Concrete goal other than Getting stronger. Like what was the System at the beginning and would he go and Take revenge on the mastermind of his death ? The story is Really intresting and isn’t boring , but It would be better if he had an ultimate goal .maybe not because of his Error characteristics in other words he is like a bug like character so there really might not be that goal.Anyways if there isn’t who am I to say I’m not the author 😂
