Life is not just a Game

Xi told the half-truth to Biyu about coming early to their home. He was tensed and curious when his security told him about a man who had been following Biyu and Martha when they were shopping outside. He had worn some wired mask so that his face was not visible. Xi took his phone and checked the pics one more time to identify the person behind the mask. He had already paid some of his men to follow Biyu and he knew that he was actually ruining her privacy buy it was for the sake of her safety. When his spy Max told him about the man he just lost his temper and asked Max to catch him at once. But to his surprise that man has managed to escape from his excellently trained men.

"No, now what you should do is go to the far place from this country. Don't ever, ever come back here because these creatures are very strong in this country. So you have to leave and don't come back."

The world seems really well thought out but I feel like the quality of writing limits my understanding of it. Sometimes characters will say one thing then do the exact opposite and I'm left a little confused. I feel like the story could benefit from a switch in focus from description to easily understood scenes and better flow. Still really good, would recommend
