Please why are chapters title after chapter 60 not Capitalized or in Block form

I love this story!!! When I was trying to find some BL Light Novel to read, and I come across this... I thought that the cover art was beautiful so I check it out, but somehow I ended up reading it and it was... GREAT!!!I don't see much BL scenes in it but the plot was wonderful! I love it!!!
