read upto chapter 400 in mtl.. novel is nice, but I don't know why the author has to rip off every minor details from wbma.. in some places it's soo unnecessary.. makes it feel like the author dissected wbma and some other novels (brick smashing totally reminds me of tmw) n mash em up together badly.. story is nice but the unnecessary forceful elements copied from wbma just leaves a bad taste.. for eg.. in wbma.. martial arts competition being made available for the public viewing was mentioned as new government policies to promote martial arts.. whereas in this novel you get to know it about half way through the competition when the scene gets brutal.. as if the author suddenly remember "ah I can add this part here"for people who read wbma if you can tolerate these things the story is kinda good.. with a similarly shameless mc and makes it feel like a different skin for wbma
As they walk, Jack notices the floor to be made in white pavement. Finally taking note of his surroundings, he realized that they are in a train station. The interior design looked similar to the British style of London's tower. Other than that, everything seemed to be colored in white, even the benches that they passed by. Also, there seems to be no signs of life but them. However, this place. Hm, it just gives off a familiar feeling. This made him think of two words: Harry Potter?
Unconsciously, Arabela flickers her hair and pouted her lips a little to look like its full and like a pro, she approaches her very much oblivious prey.
"Good. Now what's your projected profit margin? How much does this expensive toy cost, and how much am I making?" At this point, Mr. Bold sat back, watching Satan with guarded eyes. Satan took a deep breath and hit a button on his clicker, bringing up a numerical and graphical rundown of projected profit margins and upkeep costs. Satan knew that this was the moment. If Mr. Bold was going to buy the vessel or not, he would likely decide it here. Satan put on a big smile and started his pitch.
