It’s Naruto not becoming Hokage, but being recognized. It’s Luffy not finding the One Piece, but realizing the One Piece is his crew.
Sure, valid. But weak and unsatisfying.
- The whole point was not “can I do heroic feats as a regular citizen?”. It was “can I be a PRO HERO without a Quirk?”.
So, it’s odd that the end shifted the goalpost, in a way. He acted like yeah, he DID need a Quirk to be a PRO hero… which is not good.
- It’s bad storytelling that Deku NEVER found his own way. He was given OFA at the start. And he was gifted the suit at the end. Even his style was almost a copy of All Might (incl state names he’s never been to), etc.
- And it’s full of plotholes. Countries and fans would run over themselves to get Deku a MechSuit. There’s 0 way he wouldn’t have continued on after OFA left.

Definitely hard to stay after the seemingly pesophilia, which I would call a 3/10 on pedo scale just because of where the story took place, what time the story took place, and how they never had a child until her body was older (she was old in soul). The time and age of when she fell in love differs in many chapters 12-14 and at the end she should be over 50k years old.
In my honest opinion, the story does get repetitive from “omg he forgot about me, i must show him my love” to “omg she forgot about me, i must show her my love” it honestly isn’t the most creative but the art style and just the story progressing is really good.
Ive read at 391 chapters in 3 days and I do not regret a single thing, though the first 100 chapters made me question it a couple times xD
