The whole story is about never ending misunderstandings. MC knows how to cure herself but the method hasn't been invented yet. So she's doing all kinds of things that others think she's crazy for. She tried like twice to explain what she was doing, but no one believes her. So she just stops trying to explain and lets everyone think she's gravely ill and dying. It gets old very quickly seeing all these tears and sad faces when she's fine and just pretends like she ain't playing their emotions hard
That aside, it's a very interesting story about mixed fantasy races/blood and dimensional travel happening far more often than other typical stories of this genre. Though she does have that protag halo where all the book info comes perfectly to mind when she's in a situation calling for it. And of course everything works out wherever she goes and everyone ends up loving her
Lots of cliches
