Once we enter the Monster race arc in the late 300s, the quality drops immensely. Suddenly the author becomes racist, there's lots of soapboxxing, and the MCs IQ seems to plummet, among other things. Not sure what happened. However, it's quite disappointing.
Classic manhua, nothing special here. Cheat system, megalomaniac MC, too much pointless posing and face-slapping, 2D women and bad comedy...
TL;DR:
This is about third comedy and two thirds action with some romance thrown in.
Cute light read with several poignant moments between the family like sect members of the MC.
The art does a lot of the heavy lifting since the story is just okay.

The MC is overpowered and is mostly smooth sailing through the plot, which isn't exactly amazing. In theory he does work hard, doing extremely painful, blood-spitting causing training everyday, but it doesn't really feel like it. He never actually fails at anything. While he is also comically arrogant, he is actually nice to all his subordinates and random villagers.
The series doesn't seem to be a harem, as the MC has someone he loves and he aims for her and things go smoothly at quite a reasonable pace. Female minor characters fall in love with him as repeating joke since he has maxed out on Charisma and works hard on cool visual effects, but he isn't actually reciprocating in anyway.
His sister is a Brocon, but not to a creepy level and she is competent and impressive in her own right with her own quirks and character. One of his subordinates is in love with him and he half ignores and half rebuffs her, but it isn't unreasonable. He treats like a child basically. Other significant female characters, like the aunt, may like him, but aren't in love with him. Almost refreshingly so.
The art is good, the story isn't that bad and somewhat funny but I don't like arrogant cheating Mc filled with plot armor and pretend to be a genius and useless dump characters, so my favorability level decreased. if the author were to tone down the plot armor a little and make the other side characters more interesting and diverse it would have been a lot better
