So we got some hints at what might/could be the true plan of that Dark Elf and the new character in the dragon cave.
Now this is just a theory, maybe the true purpose based around making Arc strong is not for himself but maybe for that black dragon within him. Possible revival of the black dragon to try take over Arc's body in the end as a suited vessel
Or more brutal reason of Arc acting as some kind of cacoon of Black Dragon immergence later.
