    Also we age because of constant damage of our DNA's not just cells and also due to both physical damage and mental damage we took in, in a form of "stress". Nutrients dysfunction such as proteins is also a cause why we age and many more... You can't have immortality by simply having to regenerate your own cells indefinitely but you also need to supply your own nutrients indefinitely and also think of a way to prevent protein dysfunction during a vast period of time... And even if you did prevent physical aging you still have to deal with mental aging.. or I'm short deal with stress that's damaging your mental health, if it's not solved properly then your brain will give up faster than your body would.

    Somewhat same concept of "Cheat Eater Isekai sth sth"- MC comes into the world to undo isekai "heroes" shitty doings. But it approach the concept better and more developed (not every "hero" is a lunatic and can be redeem to a point, MC is way cooler, female chars much hotter and art is superior, although that is up for your own taste) go check that out.
