I would say not worth the read. The stupid decisions are all important ones that the main character wastes againand again in such manner that you doubt how he managed to live to his age. It is more frustrating than entertaining or intriguing.

I really hate this manga. It's not the art or the overall story, but the inability to write any kind of decent dialogue between characters. Look at how much the MC spends in his own head and how little they really converse with one another.

After 354 chapters there's still no real development. Fuck this manga, I'll be back to shit on it.
