You people seriously have a lack of reading comprehension for those who don't understand the story's message. Being a hero is not just about having superpowers or gaining recognition from the public. A hero takes many forms for the betterment of society such as: firefighters, policemen, and doctors. The whole objective is to make society a better place in order to prevent villains from rising. Also, people who keep complaining and saying ridiculous excuses about Deku saying he's a bad protagonist, or a bad hero, or should've been the number one hero, or he should've kept One for All is just moronic. Deku never wanted to be the greatest hero like All Might, or become the number one hero at all, he was a great hero and still is 8 years later. He achieved that goal when he defeated both Shigaraki & All for One and saved Japan. Crime is less frequent and people are living better lives because of Deku.

You know this manga is just a whole series of events of “look how amazing our MC is” but I just can’t hate it haha.
