Mylene Scans Chapter 51

Pretty funny story overall, definitely above average. I've read the novel too, at least up until a certain point further into the story than this manga goes. For some reason they decided to split off at the end of the kingdom arc or whatever we should call it at chapter 68 and will be continuing with another mangaka for the following story.
Let me just say straight away that these 12-13 volumes of the manga covers very little of the light novel. It just covers 3 out of the 13 complete novel volumes and in 2 months, all 13 novels have been officially translated (when I read it back then, far less volumes were released and we had to deal with crappy translations), so I'd definitely recommend readers who enjoyed this to jump straight into the LN as you can read the complete story there in high quality.
Now, with that aside, this story is a cut above average and the manga artist was a good one that managed to bring the characters to life, which isn't always the case with adaptations. That 13 volumes cover 3 LN volumes means that they took their time to properly convey the story and pacing instead of rushing like some manga adaptations do, so I'd say you could probably jump straight into light novel volume 4 and continue reading from where this left off, though you might want to read the side stories/skim over the previous volumes to see if there are any chapters that clearly cover things not mentioned before.
I had so much fun that I will do so myself with these new, fancy official translations which ensure quality compared to random rushed fan translations (some fan translations are great but sadly this story wasn't blessed with awesome ones all the way).
What makes this pretty good is that the protagonist, while also having some more annoying japanese protagonist traits, is actually quite different from the norm because he doesn't let everyone walk all over him (even if he wants to avoid conflict) and while he acted like a wuss at the start by refusing to kill anyone, he actually ends up showing that he's capable of growth and that he's not a justice touting sh*thead protagonist that won't start killing when pushed into a corner.
The comedy is the best part and mainly comes from the protagonist's often unhinged actions and his AI companion dissing him.
He's OP but not excessively so, while I don't enjoy the idea that he's only truly OP because of his AI companion instead of his own strength, at least he's decently strong even on his own.
It's not my favorite manga/novel but it's definitely a cut above the average trash the market is saturated with. I recommend it.
Story just came to a good natural end at ch68. Feels like the perfect time to close it, rather than to continue on and it becoming trash eventually.
Much better than i had originally anticipated
Its good real good.
I want to give this manga 1* just because of mc's personnally - very contracdicting, he hold great power on hand but still be trouble by little things, it looks so stupid - Like he could probly destroy the world but on the next page, he's so scared of being forced to marry an old woman or bad girl, like if push come to shove, he would just be contain with it and not even do anything to change that.
Hilarious and well written with some good action mixed in.
It's got a silly premise and comes off as really generic. Yet in the end it was more entertaining than I expected and I even switched to the LNs after catching up to chapter 40. The way that the story goes off the rails is interesting and his tactics are usually entertaining. The 5 noble romance targets are pretty much annoying af throughout, They're only a little redeemed in the 5th LN (the latest english one out atm). So if you're expecting them to shape up, they don't, they pretyt much become flanderised. But the main characters are interesting, the art is good, it does suffer a little from pacing issues but not as much as other low-effort adaptations (many many LN->manga adaptations have this issue as they try to skip to important points from page to page). Actual effort is put in to make this a decent adaptation, for example apparently we're at volume 8 of the manga but it's only just started to adapt the 3rd book, so they're taking the time to not rush things.
I appreciate that efforts are taken to try and rationalise an in-universe reason for the game's whacky setting and events, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I guess as the manga is only up to early book 3 at this point I should continue my review on the novel page.
