Tbh it is more fun this way the start of this arc of having delusions of revenge for the human filth he referred to as friends to most likely dying a horrible death in the next chapter. As for the endurance most likely due to adrenaline he is being hunted down, been shot multiple times and surviving a gas explosion

Once that wears off he would collapse and most likely die but we know he is going to be tortured a bit morebefore that.

dermatologists can easily start their own clinics and make a healthy living on a routine schedule. An actual surgeon can be on call at any time of the day for emergencies and its far more stressful job.

The stressful nature and lack of a social life is why there is such a big shortage of surgeons in some countries. It takes a serious toll on you if you were a surgeon and this series showed that early on before the MC reincarnated.

Its the end of the overall main story when it comes to Haemi's messed up family I'd say. They will probably move on into more short story kind of territory while having some slice of life family stuff between the MC and Haemi thrown in.

As long as they continue with the good writing and characterization I'll happily read whatever they release.
