This disease is way more common than the stats they throw in the manga, mc soon meets like 4 people with the same disease.
What i dislike about the manga (which is what i think it cannot avoid) is how mc acts like a pussy with his friend transforming. When the friends a dude, he like a normal person, but when the friend turns to a woman, he like omg ur a girl i will need to treat u more delicately my god.
With the transforming friend, at least his personality is the same regardless of either gender.
