Jin is the heir to his family's shrine, but he secretly harbors feelings for his childhood friend Misaki. Refusing to acknowledge his true emotions, his subconscious mind begins to wander. To help him release his pent-up energy, a senior club member offers him a toy from his collection. Jin uses the toy daily to channel his desire for Misaki, but there is more to this object than meets the eye. It moves and feels astonishingly real! His biggest worry wasn't funding... it was that if "Polaris" had caught up completely on what Zephyr is he would just rain death on him.
Sure the lack of money will bite, but it is like he said... at some point things like that will lose their value, I had that in mind but didn't quite catch how prioritized it was on his mind.
In its own strange way, this is an investment into the future and at the very least a clarification of what runs on the mind of an enemy that is still very dangerous.
