Basically, the author only knows how to plan a plot, but can't seem to write believable or consistent characters and scenarios in the scene to scene. As a result, the small moments fail to build up to the big moments, which means once the plot needs to move, it does so by hitting a ledge and being dragged up it instead of driving up a ramp.
As is often the case in Isekai, the MC's past doesn't matter and he's made selectively dumb/naive when the author wants something to happen.
There are good elements, but they're wasted. At least the MC isn't spineless.

Adding to the classic naivete that one find in manga, there are the ridiculous villains that laugh the crazy laugh, a whole cast of warm and smiling characters with many cringe and corny moments, a goody MC that not only is perfect but his life turns perfect (after 2 ch), not to mention he's 6-8 years old... How he die or how old he was in his previous life is unknown. All I know about MC previous life was that his mother die given birth to him while his father left our MC to an orphanage after birth. There alot more I want to stated but the subject title will give you a hint of what this story about. Oh in this new life; he love his mother as his mother and his mother love him as her child.
