    the premise are interesting and the art are beautiful, but i honestly can't like the mc, i'm not fond at all to this type, it's not oblivious but more like he only care in his main theme, doctor duty or something, he didn't think about the situation, not trying to adapt with surrounding, calling him naive are an insult to trully naive mc, also don't like the "too good to be true" trope, it feel inhuman he don't feel living or alive in that place, and also, he need to stop using obscure medical term when his surrounding completely have no idea what it is, and find a way to explain it simply, it feel kinda prachy, like the author flexing "look at all this thing i research"
