This is a frustrating read, because some elements are good and the art is nice.
But so much doesn't add up, especially the circumstances of most given situations, that I cannot keep my suspension of disbelief.
Worse yet, it becomes extremely clear the author has proven they haven't thought about the demon species being inherently hostile to humans, which they are and have been in both the history and current events, except where the main cast are involved. And getting the two sides to become peaceful and integrate with each other is the goal that drives the plot.
There's just such a disconnect between what the characters expectations are and what their reality is I can't believe they actually exist or are successful at anything.
Too much things doesn't make sense.
The hidden identity is not really hidden.
His magic, which should be awesome, is sometimes powerful, and sometimes really weak.
Everytime they plan to do something, they do the opposite.
"Negotiations" are badly done.
It's frustrating.
MC's demon foster parent: whatever you do don't get exposed as a human. Here wear this cheesy skull mask as a disguise.
First chapter takes of mask and gets caught by random maid.
Five chapters in two other people already suspect he is human.
Lolwut.
