they really just hard skipped the climax like that as if it wasn't the most important part of the fucking arc

I am still not that far in, around chapter 50 or so, but damn am I getting annoyed by the story jumping around between current events and future events. The first time it happened, I was so confused, I actually believed I skipped chapters by mistake. Really bad writing there, if you asked me.
