I have a strange feeling it ties back to his original life. If you remember, he was OP there as well, but he was killed by a woman -- likely his lover (one of many, I'd guess), and the probable reason: jealousy. Now imagine our MC reaching the pinnacle of evolution along with Kanami chan -- who remains barren while all the rest of the women he bones have kids. Kanami-chan is the only character would stand a chance at mortally wounding him while his guard is down. In fact, I think it's implied Kanami-chan is the reincarnation of his lover. I fully expect it to be addressed, possibly as a final arc where many of the "redacted" skills and titles are revealed.
