A lone wolf with a delinquent streak, Kashima enters high school with a reputation that scares off his classmates. Don't get me wrong, there's a TON of kink here, but some parts of it are actually really touching. It's also unusual for yaoi in the sense that this isn't a sadistic seme doing whatever rape-y thing he wants to an uke who isn't really a masochist at all and would rather not have painful sex. Instead, this is a completely masochistic uke and a seme that is genuinely concerned for his safety. I am faaaaar from an expert on the S/m scene so I can't guarantee everything in that aspect is depicted perfectly, but it looks as if the mangaka made a real effort toward showing the importance of safety precautions (for example, the need for gloves before urethral insertion). The seme also always researches the uke's dangerous requests before doing them so that he can keep the uke as safe as possible.
Maybe this can't be considered a wholesome story overall, but I just finished Vol 2 Ch 2, and the part where the uke's mom basically says "I won't tell you how to live, but please don't get yourself killed" and the uke realizes that he's safe as long as his seme is his partner gave me ALL THE FEELS.
