    Well, based on what you say and the example of the bow, i agree with the idea. But author could have do something more further in the ecchi and character development. I don't know the reasons, but i guess it was intended to be just a manga with cute girls / plain MC. Author also totally dropped the idea of "gal" pretty quickly.

    That reminds me the "DBZ abridged" from Team Four Stars, Krilin & C18, when he helps her to escape from Cell by lifting C16, he said something like "i can't do too much, but i can lift"

    It's the "Kimi no iru machi" way of setting up possible love interests, so that the MC can bang them all at the end in alternate universes.

    All in all good read to binge, MC is blessed by the god of 'everything will work out fine at the end', heroine is super horny and I like how aggressive she was in the pursuit of him.

    Side characters are all distinguishable enough for great chemistry.

    All in all 7/10 for me.
