Pretty fun read, definitely better than most other isekai out the at the moment. As some of the comments say, not perfrctly realistic, but I would say it didn't affect my enjoyment in any way. Solid knowledge of medical procedures, at least in broad strokes. Overall, just a good time, especially if you have a good knowledge of medicine. 7.5 or 8/10 as of Chapter 71

Nope it's 1 way trip. dying sends you to a world that requires a hero then they are given the choice whether to stay or leave and they always picked the absolute wrong choice and came back to the real world.
