This is probably one of my favorite Manhwa of all time, great story, art, characters and much more to experience. I 100% recommend it

Literally because he's Japanese. For native English speakers, seeing a japanese name sticks out. But if you weren't paying attention, hearing another english name is less likely to register, even if youre in another country.
